Then ELF came out with these Putty Eye Primers and I was curious. I love how they cancel out any redness/veins on my lids and make my shadows pop and live up to their full potential.

I’d seen some talk about this being a dupe for the MAC Paint Pots, and I wanted to try it for myself to see. I got a review for you all today on the ELF Putty Eye Primer.
